Information on our little cabin
The cabin is a 2 bedroom, one and a Half bathroom, 900 square foot retreat. With a front porch, with porch swing and 2 Adirondack chairs, it seems a bit larger as far as living space goes.
There is a little yard space. The driveway and fire pit are part of the level ground of the property and are very comfortable for relaxing in the sun. PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY FRONT PORCH FURNITURE OFF THE porch. There are two Adirondack chairs that are by the fire pit for lawn use. The property line of our neighbors up the hill extends relatively close to the back deck. We appreciate consideration to our neighbors as they are full time residents.
The road in is "Majestic View Way" and is really more of a shared drive way. Be very careful turning into the road as it is single lane and you can not see over the hill when coming in for other cars/trucks. Please keep the speed very slow as we have 5 homes that share this road. Speed bumps are also installed along the way.
The front porch is fully covered and nicely outfitted with a porch swing and 2 Adirondack chairs.
The back deck is not covered and is the main grilling area for the cabin. The deck while lacking in furnishings has a deck rail which does a very nice job holding a beer and a glass of wine.
We have wifi though Satellite by Viasat.
